Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
At Bloom & Root, each order is prepared with care. Due to the nature of our tea and food products, and for food safety and hygiene reasons, all tea and food products are final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. Kindly include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue.
Once verified, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the order has been packed, prepared, or dispatched. Once preparation or delivery has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
For custom, corporate, wedding, event, or personalised orders, cancellations or changes may not be possible once design, printing, sourcing, or production has been confirmed. Any applicable terms will be communicated before the order is finalised.
